Benjamin Karic

As the Corps Director for the Steel City Ambassadors Drum & Bugle corps, Ben’s leadership skills and passion for music have been honed through years of dedication to the marching & performing arts. Prior to his current role, he had the privilege of performing with the Rogues Hollow Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps during their 2021 season, while also holding the title of Marketing Lead, as well as the White Sabers Drum & Bugle Corps during their 2022 season, there he cultivated his musical talents and developed a deep appreciation for the discipline and camaraderie that comes with being part of a Drum Corps. With a strong background in performance, He is committed to fostering a culture of excellence within our organization and instilling a sense of pride and accomplishment in each member. He is driven by a desire to push the boundaries of musical expression and create unforgettable performances that leave a lasting impact on audiences and performers alike.

His passion for the marching arts was a key factor in Steel City’s return to the competitive field as a DCI All-age Candidate Corps during our 2024 Season, as well as our continued growth since he took on the role of Corps Director in the Fall of 2023.

Ben currently resides in Erie, PA, where he is employed at Scott Enterprises.
